Custom Stainless Steel Metalwork
We've developed a high level of expertise in meeting the needs of food, medical, and pharmaceutical stainless steel applications. A key is precise welding, grinding, and polishing to create surfaces that enable easy cleaning and prevention of contamination. View our sliding images below to see how our shop's capabilities on stainless steel surface grinding, finishing, and polishing.
In the pharmaceutical sector, we frequently design, fabricate, and install stainless steel metalwork equipment for processing plants. We mainly work with Stainless Steel types 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. Stainless Steel 316 and 316L are used for pharmaceutical equipment that is in direct contact to the product, like tanks and pipes. This is due to 316 and 316's resistance to acid and base attacks. Stainless Steel 304 and 304L is used on non-contact pharmaceutical equipment.
